Akaiito’s concept and name derives from the meaning ‘red thread of fate’ in Japanese, to symbolise how people are ultimately connected to one another. This is represented throughout the dark and minamlist interior. Located in the heart of the city, the space offers shared and priving dining spaces and also has a hidden bar downstairs. The menu offers modern Japanese cuisine with a focus on Robatayaki, a traditional grilling method from Hokkaido Japan.
